Behind the house to the southwest is the large courtyard with dining tables for 14 people, a high-quality gas barbecue, garden toys and a darts bar in the annex. The huge garden borders the village street on one side and the neighbours' vineyards on the other.

The garden also contains the 9.5 x 4 m pool with safety cover, pool house with terrace, high-quality loungers, solar outdoor shower and lighting. Between the pool area and the courtyard there is a cozy seating area under the fig tree by the old grindstone. At the back of the garden you can play soccer, frisbee etc.

Further facilities

Our kitchen is equipped by foodies for foodies: 90cm gas stove with 5 burners, including 1 wok burner, 3 ovens, XL stainless steel sink, Kenwood food processor, ham slicer, carbon steel wok, Dualit toaster, high-quality chef's knives and fine china. Of course, there is also a Nespresso machine, several Bialettis and a stainless steel French press. Small items are available too, from a selection of peelers to mojito pestles, you’ll find everything a cook's heart desires. For the winter, you will find 6x2 raclettes that can be connected in series on our large, cozy dinner table.

We also provide you with additional beach towels, a rubber boat for our secret river hike, a cooling backpack and other gadgets for more comfort such as night lights, bedside lamps with USB chargers and much more.

Thanks to the fibre optic connection, very fast internet for teleworking and streaming is available throughout the house.

There are three parking spaces directly on the property and a public parking lot within walking distance.

For families with (small) children and guests with limited mobility

We have four children ourselves, so families with children of all ages are very welcome.

We are happy to provide 2 Stokke Tripp Trapp high chairs (2 with baby bars and an additional newborn seat), 1 Quinny stroller with Maxi Cosi and 1 Quinny buggy, 2 Nomad travel cots with all-round mosquito nets, 1 antique baby crib, night lights with motion detectors, children's crockery, changing mat, toys and much more.

BUT: Apart from two hedges, the property is not fenced in. This means that small children can "escape" both onto the road and into the vineyard. Please decide for yourself whether this is suitable for your children. Of course, the pool must also be reliably "protected" with the safety cover.

All stairs are original and therefore somewhat uneven and steep. For very small children, this can be a danger, for people with serious walking difficulties, they represent an insurmountable obstacle.

Although the village road is not a main road, it is regularly used, especially in summer. So please keep an eye on your children.
